4 Months

Hello everyone.. Well, were do I start this one. Saturday I will be 4 months pregnant. How time flies when you're just doing everyday things. May 19th Goot and I will find out the sex of the baby. I am really excited, Goot on the other hand is sweating it out. He told me he thinks were going to have a girl because he has been surrounded by women his whole life. hahaha!!! I thought it was funny so I had to put it out there.
The doctors appointment went well, it was very short and I did not get an ultrasound picture(Which sucks). On May 19th I will get a whole bunch of pictures and we will post them so everyone can see. I am nervous and excited all in one. I felt a little flutter on 4/22/2006 at around 1100pm. From what I hear it probably was the baby, so it's a very good feeling. *** I did gain a few pounds which I was upset about, but it's normal for this time in my pregnancy.
The next few weeks the baby will double in length and weight. This will be one of 3 major growth spurts that I will go through (from what I read). Goot and I heard the baby's heart beat for the first time. It was amazing, it also, was very fast and sounded like a washing machine on spin cycle. The doctor used a Doppler to hear it, its pretty cool. My belly is starting to round out and get harder. It is still hard to believe that I'm this far along. It really does fell like time is flying by. Before we even know it Scott and I will be parents and will be starting a whole new role in our lives together. WOW!! I am too much of a sap... as my eyes tear up.
We are still looking for a house and hopefully sooner then later we will find something nice. It's hard trying to find something in our price range b/c there are so many people looking in the same range. So it's been a rough road for us. It's kind of a rollercoaster, up and down, up and down. Goot has been great with me and my moody swings. He will be the best father.
I have been having some mild stomach pains and really that's it. My pregnancy has been a wonderful experience. Some of my girlfriends feel that I'm one of the lucky ones. Which by the way family and friends Thank you for the steady support that you all keep giving us. Personally, I don't really know what I would have done if I did not had the talks, vent outs, and advise that I've got. Thank-you again !!
