Now that we have told just about everyone, I want to thank everybody for their well wishes and support. We were excited and nervous about telling everyone and the reactions we received have helped calm our nerves and we're even more excited now. When you have good family and friends, anything is possible.
I'm going to get a digital camera soon so we can share the pictures of the sonograms, anything else related to the pregnancy, and us (since I know some of you haven't met me or Lauren). I hope this blog will let those of you that can't be here with us feel a little bit more involved and updated as well as providing documentation of our thoughts and feelings that we can forever look back on to re-live the experience.

P.S. - Some of you may be wondering why all my stuff is goot or gootman, its a nickname my friends gave me that has stuck over the years and now I use it for my online stuff. Here is the progression of the nickname Scott>scooter>scooter bagooter>Bagoot>goot>gootman

- We are going to move in together when my apartment lease runs out in June.
- We are going to do our best to try to find a house and get a mortgage instead of throwing our money away renting a place, so if you hear anything let us know.
- For right now we are both going to stay at Widener, they will eventually move Lauren off the street, but they aren't sure what she will be doing ( I hope they move her to day shift). She gets 6 weeks Maternity leave and she's trying to save up additional vacation time.
- Yes, we are going to find out the sex of the baby. As for my ideas for baby names, they are a bit different than Lauren's but I'm not going to start thinking about it until after I find out what the sex of the baby is, so it will make my choice a bit easier.
- I'm going to continue taking classes over the summer, I'll take the fall off.

Dear Lauren and Scott, Looking forward to the little ones coming. We hope your feeling well Lauren and happy that you took the time to share the good news with us. I hope you don't mind but I gave Mark and Debbie your information also.You will be able to meet Mark and his wife Beth and little Evan(9months old) when you and Scott come to visit. As you know I love children and this will be our first Great grandchild.I would love boy or girl and most important
a healthy child so that's what we wish for you. It had been a long time since Pop and I baby sat still Evan came along last May so we are getting back in the swing of
child caring and haven't forgotten very much.
